Group keywords around real questions
Start with recurring questions and organize them by topic. Keep replies concise and accurate, and check the current matching behavior to avoid ambiguous triggers. Update time-sensitive information when an event or offer changes.
- Use confirmed information only.
- Separate different topics, languages or service scopes.
Apply to the intended accounts
Select the prepared group and verify the host and customer-service accounts before applying it in bulk. Different products or audiences may require different groups. Test a small selection first, then inspect the actual configuration.
- Select group → confirm accounts → apply → verify.
- Do not assume one reply set fits every account.
Maintain content with CSV
Use the current template and field requirements when importing or exporting. Check encoding, columns and empty values, then verify the imported groups and replies. Review real triggering behavior regularly; complex questions still need contextual human handling.
- Export before a large revision when useful.
