Check the complete file
Review the beginning, important sections and ending of the actual file you intend to broadcast. Look for cropping, unexpected silence and blank frames. Name files clearly so an older version is not selected by mistake.
- Confirm source rights and permitted use.
- Separate test files from broadcast-ready media.
Design for the output layout
A landscape video inside a portrait scene may need scaling or cropping. Verify that subjects, subtitles and necessary information remain visible. Leave room for any interaction display, and use a simple scene before adding visual layers.
- Preview the full composition, not just the source.
- Listen to the actual audio output.
Test the real concurrent workload
When using several instances, match each file to the correct account and test them together. Media decoding and encoding add hardware load. Content changes require another preview, and streaming software cannot grant content rights or guarantee moderation outcomes.
- Increase instances gradually.
- Use the troubleshooting guide to distinguish media, encoding and network issues.
Frequently asked questions
Will every video file work?
Check the current client’s supported formats and test the actual encoding, audio and playback. A filename extension alone is insufficient.
Does media processing guarantee platform approval?
